"Refund was "sorted" in the end"
I had to send something back and, i was a bit nervous about how the refund would go. It did take a few days longer than I expected, and I had to give them a quick chase, but Music Matter got back to me and the money was returned. Not a "perfect" process, but it was fair enough overall and I’d still use them again.

Trying to return my order was such a hassle. It dragged on way longer than it should have, and I felt ignored the whole time. I kept waiting for someone to properly help me sort it out, but it just felt like I was being brushed off.

I ended up ordering some gear from Music Matter after checking a few other places, and they were the cheapest I could find at the time. Delivery was decent, nothing to complain about really. It all turned up fine, so yeah, I’d probably use them again if the price was still right

"Not enough options for what I was after"
I was hoping Music Matter would have a bit more choice for the studio gear I needed, but quite a few sections felt limited. Some of the brands I usually check first weren't there, so I couldn't really start with my usual comparisons.
There were a few decent items, but some sizes and models were either out of stock or not listed at all. Because of that, it was harder to compare things properly and work out what would actually suit me.
The site itself was easy enough to use, so that wasn't the problem. I just couldn't find enough of what I needed, so I ended up looking at other shops instead.

I had a couple questions before placing my order, they got back to me quickly with clear answers. Not sure why anyone would complain about their pre-sales support, because in my case it actually made choosing the right gear a lot easier. Really helpful experience overall.

I ordered a keyboard stand and a few cables from musicmatter.co.uk, and the prices seemed better than most other places I looked, which is always a good sign, right? Nothing over the top to report, but it genuinely felt like I got decent value for what I paid.
Delivery was fine too, and everything arrived as expected. I’d happily use them again if the prices stay like this, because saving a bit without ending up with cheap rubbish is exactly what you want, isn’t it?
